The below Policy of confidentiality of using Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Policy) concerns all the information which can be obtained by MARINEX ITS located at about the User during his using of the site itself, programs or any other products issued by organization.

Definition of Terms

The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

The administration of the Site of MARINEX ITS LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) is the authorized employees who manage the Site and act on behalf of the organization who organize and (or) process Personal Data and also determine the purposes of Personal Data Processing, its composition, actions (operations) taken to manage Personal Data.

Personal Data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific individual (subject of Personal Data).

Personal Data Processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools for Personal Data Processing including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of Personal Data.

Confidentiality of Personal Data is a requirement for the Operator or other person who has gained access to Personal Data to comply with the requirement and not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of Personal Data or the presence of any other legal basis.

Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the Site.

Cookies – a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user’s computer which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.

IP-address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built over IP.

General Terms

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data if anyone decided to use our Service, the website.

The Administration of the Site may use the User’s Personal Data in order to:

  • Identify the User registration on the site to place an order and (or) conclude the Agreement remotely with MARINEX IT LLC;

  • Establish the feedback from the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Site, the provision of services, processing applications from the User;

  • Process and receive payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits, contesting payment by the User;
  • Provide the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems associated with the use of the Site;

  • Implement promotional activities with the consent of the User;
  • Provide the User with access to the sites or services of partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.

Personal Data Processing Terms

The processing of the User’s Personal Data is carried out without any time limit and by any legal means including Personal Data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and providing services for the User.

The User’s Personal Data can be transferred to authorized state bodies on the basis and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of Personal Data.

The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

The Site Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s Personal Data.

Obligations of the parties

The user is obliged to:

Provide Personal Data necessary to use the Site.

Update the Personal Data provided in case of change of this information.

The site administration is obliged to:

Use the Personal Data received solely for the purposes as specified in this Privacy Policy.

Ensure the storage of Personal Date safely, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transmitted Personal Data of the User except for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.

Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of contacting or requesting the User or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of Personal Data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate Personal Data or illegal actions.

Responsibility of the Parties

The Site Administration which has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of Personal Data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

  • became public before its loss or disclosure;
  • was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration;
  • was disclosed with the consent of the User.

Dispute Resolution

Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.

If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

Additional terms

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
