The below Policy of confidentiality of using Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Policy) concerns all the information which can be obtained by MARINEX ITS located at marinex-surveys.ru about the User during his using of the site itself, programs or any other products issued by organization.

Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the Site.

Obligations of the parties
The user is obliged to:
Provide Personal Data necessary to use the Site.
Update the Personal Data provided in case of change of this information.
The site administration is obliged to:
Use the Personal Data received solely for the purposes as specified in this Privacy Policy.
Ensure the storage of Personal Date safely, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transmitted Personal Data of the User except for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.
Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of contacting or requesting the User or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of Personal Data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate Personal Data or illegal actions.
Responsibility of the Parties
The Site Administration which has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of Personal Data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
- became public before its loss or disclosure;
- was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration;
- was disclosed with the consent of the User.
Dispute Resolution
Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).
The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
Additional terms
The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
